"I worked as consultant with NashPro during it's inception. At NashPro, Naresh pushed every team member to spend an hour or so a day to look into new happenings in Information Technology. We had freedom to learn & play with new technology and incorporate into products we were developing. The product we were developing, CompEMR, was developed using open source projects and hence it is always challenging, to explore every bit and piece over news groups, how to dos and tutorials on internet to find solutions. Nashpro gave me opportunity to use my own ideas to make the product topnotch. We used open source products like Linux, Eclipse, Jasper reports, Ants, CVS etc. So one could see we chose the most widely used tools in the market. The best part working at NashPro was to bring creativity and innovation in the product which really inspires the people who are really passionate about technology. Creating product by considering performance by design fundamentals, which really make the system robust at design level itself and can be easily extendable or made pluggable to suit any custom needs of the enterprise. Though being a small setup, the work being done was out of the world. Not only the technology breadth, but there was so much of learning as far as health care domain is concerned. Last but not the least working with Naresh Chhabria, being mentored by such a talented person(technology intoxicated guy), gave me a different vision to understand the importance of following Object Oriented Technology perfectly & elegantly."
